Simone Marshall
Hi, I’m Simone and I come from the beautiful seaside town of Torquay on Waddawurrung country, where I live with my husband, two young adult sons and delightful golden retriever, Obi. As an educator for the last 30 years, I have had the privilege of working across a range of diverse settings, from health to mainstream schools and universities. My passion lies in enabling individuals to reach their full potential, and this has driven me throughout my career.
Combining my love for hiking, camping, canoeing, skiing, mountain biking, and education, I am thrilled to join the amazing crew here at Gnurad-Gundidj. This role allows me to merge my enthusiasm for outdoor adventures with the education of young people.
I am excited to be welcomed on Kirrae Whurrong country and to be part of the incredible learning experience at Gnurad-Gundidj, where I can help guide students to become leaders and inspire them to return home with newfound confidence and skills.
