Community Learning Projects
During Term 3 2026, the following CLPs are being developed by each of the School Teams attending the Gnurad-Gundidj Campus as part of their School for Student Leadership Program. These CLPs relate to their home and school communities.

Connecting elderly people through conversation, food and company.
Vision
Our vision is to help elderly people have a spark in their day, by hosting a morning tea with other students from our school and conversing with the residents to help them form better connections within the community.

Our vision is to inform the youth about the real effects of metal health when it’s mistreated or not taken care of, and how to talk about the topic with caution and understanding.

Vision
Our vision is to spend time with elderly people at baptcare heritage manor aged care so they have people to talk, and play games with because not everyone may want to visit elderly people to talk and play games with them.

Primary school collaboration lesson
Vision
Our vision is to run a lesson at a local primary school based around teamwork and collaboration skills, some of which we have learnt during our time here. We would do lots of fun team building games in groups.

The CLP is the curriculum thread that runs in an adjoining and continuous manner through the program. It provides the purpose for attendance and the motivation for departure. Students are intrinsically connected to their projects, which aim to deliver an action outcome of their learning into their home communities.
